Started caddying. During college break, brought to Pebble Beach by Mike "Fluff" Cowan to help drive his car from San Antonio, TX to Monterey, CA. Never went back to school.
What do you love about caddying?
Love about caddying - The whole package of checking the course for strategy, teamwork with the player, adjusting to the conditions and competing. The passion for the sport. Never gets old.
Interesting caddie story:
Caddying for Amy Alcott in the Ping Register Tourney at Moon Valley we came to a par 3 at 127 yards. She selected a club and proceeded to one hop the ball into the cup. She immediately turned to me and said "Don't tell anyone what club I hit"! It was a pure 7 iron...
