How I Started Working for Pauline Roussin-Bouchard. It all started when I was offered a one-week opportunity to work with Pauline at the Irish Open on the Ladies European Tour. What was supposed to be just a short-term gig turned into something much bigger. We ended up making it all the way to a playoff—an intense and unforgettable experience. That week not only showed me how driven and talented Pauline is, but also led to me being offered the job of a lifetime. Since then, I’ve had the incredible honor of traveling the world with her, helping her chase her dream. Along the way, I’ve gained not just a career I love, but also a great friend—someone I truly enjoy working with every day.
